Tips for tide marks on shirt collars

My blokes white work shirt collars seem to have yucky tide marks on shirt collars lately.
Hes a very clean guy , does not work in a particularly dirty environment but the shirt collars are a nightmare to keep white. Have tried all kinds of washing detergents any tips guys.
I dont want to keep useing bleach.

well he's obviously working up a sweat or working somewhere with the heating up too high.

I haven't beard the words 'tide mark' since those 1960s soap powder ads. Try some Oxy.

have used that as well ummmm
they are p***s poor quality shirts like ruddy tissue paper, but as they have a company logo on you have to be carefull what you put on it and the colours running ect.

have tried oxy vanish to know avail :0(
wash your neck properly?
Ariel stain remover (powder form or gel form or spray - all quite expensive but they seem ti work for me)

On the kids school shirts I always found just a normal bar of soap worked.

That's what I use...and a nail brush.

i do as well with vanish soap lightens it but does not rid it all together.
I would have suggested Vanish as well. What do other people in the office use?

not washing up liquid good idea will give them a go have a few to do in a bit thanks pixi :)

I always use washing up liquid, as pixi says. My mother always rubbed a bar of soap across the dirty bit and her washing was immaculate. Hand washing too, no washing machines in those days.
