Hi, I have made a real mess of one area of my flooring, stupidly I did mean to lay a rug under the area where my pc is because of the constant wear of the chair [on wheels]. Well I never got round to it and it has worn the top layer away.
Any one know of a product I can use to recolour it of have a clever idea on how to disguise it?
I had in mind those 'crayon' type sticks you used to get to fill in marks on wooden surfaces.

We shall sit in anticipation together then!
I have considered looking for a light coloured varnish type spray thingy or maybe a trip to the local art shop to see if they have anything.....but let's wait and see!
I'm so annoyed with myself, it's only been down a couple of months....just glad it's hidden behind the sofa, but I know it's there!

You could always do what you were going to do in the first place and put a rug over it. Don't think that there is a way to do it properly. As the name implies it is laminated and as such you can't paint or put a stain on it because you have worn away the layer with the pattern on. The only other thing you could do is to move the bad patches to another area where it won't be seen like under a sofa or something.
