Are you sure your code is correct?

Here's Whirlpool's list of manuals, but your code's not on it. There's also a number on the Contact Us page where you'll be able to get some assistance.

Good luck
At least here i the U.S., most fridge/freezers with ice and water dispensers get the water from a copper line about 1/4 inch in diameter. The line usually runs to a cold water line in the house (probably one under your kitchen sink) and taps into it with a device called a saddle valve. It's pretty small and has a screw in-out device for shutting the water off/on. Check to see if yours has this and follow the line to where it taps the main water line... check that it's on but just as important check that it doesn't leak!

Good luck! (Apologies if yours is something different)...
Some freezers in europe with a cold water/ice maker are supplied with water via a thin plastic tube about 5mm diameter. If you haven't got a tube going to a connector on the back of the freezer you will not get any ice or water out of it unless it is a cheaper model that needs a reservoir to be topped up, I don't think these produce ice.
