Government Home Insulation Grant

i have had about 3 people come round in the last 2 weeks telling me about the grant that people can get for home insulation. Do you have to be on benefits to get the grants or is it for anyone. They never really committed themselves when i asked and i wasn't about to invite them in to answer it properly. Anyone know? Thanks

Thanks for that. I can get a £200 grant as it turns out, depends on the overall total i guess. I wont get it from someone at the door, i'll do a bit more research. Thanks
