Has developed a strange fault. We have to touch start to stop the beeping and move it on through the cycle. Is it in some sort of test mode?

Thanks very much

at what point in the cycle does it stop? and is it full or empty of water when it stops?

Many Thanks for your interest chuckficken.
We have to press start almost immediately after we start the program and then maybe once or twice more depending on the selected programme. in the next 5 minutes. When the wash actually starts, it runs through the cycle without any intervention. So, yes it could be related to the water intake and the water heating to temperature...
the easy way to check it heating properly is to put a hot wash on and see if it gets hot or not!

I am taking a bit of a guess here though, but it may be that the water isn't getting into the machine quick enough and it's timing out before it gets to the correct fill level.

make sure there are no kinks in the water feed pipe/s and check the taps for the machine are fully turned on first.

Thx again chuckficken (hope i keep typing your name right!)
Hot washes work absolutely fine but well interested in your idea about the kinked water pipe. The machine slides in and out on rails and thinking back it had been slid out when this started happening.
Will let everyone know if it fixes it, I can't check until the weekend as I work away from home Mon. to Fri.

Thanks
I hope it is as easy as that :)
