TV Stand Bracket Washers

Hi All, Wonder if you can help. Ive got one of those black / glass TV stands that you get with every TV nowadays. It has a bracket on the back that holds the TV so it looks as if its hanging in mid air and it twists side to side and you can alter the height.

Now, the plastic washers on the back that hold the tv to stand are drying out and cracking so the TV is slipping lower. I know that you can call the manufacturers and get some more sent out but for the life of me i cant find the paperwork that came with it (it has been 3 years in my defence) so does anyone know where i can get some more from or have a number to call?
