I am trying to find the perfect contact glue, I want to coat the inside of a container with metal flake, I suppose it's a superior glitter. I need the coating to be even, have tried PVA ( rubbish, too patchy) and several others. Just wondering if there's anyone out there who knows something I don't. Thanks

I'm no expert, however, have you tried spray glue. It gives you a nice, even coating and then when you have added the metal flakes and it has dried, try hairspray as a sealant. Just a thought. I used this glue (link below) successfully and then sealed wax, pencil, oil based crayons and charcoal drawings with hairspray to stop them running or smudging or flaking off.

All the best!
