combi boiler and shower??

Hi all, posted this yesterday, but cannot locate it.

I have a combi boiler and want to put an over  bath shower in this weekend.  Can anyone suggest the best way of going about this at least expense??  Is the flow strong enough to support a simple shower head and hose?  That way we only have to buy the bracket to hold up the shower head.
