Are they any good? Our bathroom is very small and the rail would need to be about 180 cm long. I'd appreciate any views on them. Thanks. Floss

That's good news for me - can I be cheeky and ask where you got it!

I've got one too and find it works OK - got mine from Home Base
Got mine from B & Q . Make sure the children ( if you have any ) dont try to swing from it. It will hold the weight of a shower cutain and the stress when you open /close it but are not designed for pulling on.
Argos may sell them.
I got mine in Argos but struggled putting it up on my own (possible a 2 man job!) but now it's up it seems fine.
possible a 2 man job

you just wanted 2 men in your bathroom Sara ;)

Anyhoo.... I had one of those in my last place, I had a few problems with very slippery tiles so it wouldn't stay in place, so I glued it, no problems after that!
Chuck, I'd be delighted, but there's hardly enough room for the cat in my tiddly bathroom!
Surely the lack of space would be a benefit to you (well assuming you would want to supervise their work closely) ;-p
fair point.. I'd have to keep a close eye on their handiwork ;o)
Up close and personal eh?

Good grief, how can a post about a curtain rail go downhill so quickly, lol. Thanks everyone!
