I sent for potatoes to grow and true to promise I have them, then I sent to Jersey for plants, about 10 days ago one box of geraniums arrived but not the several boxes of bizzie lizzie that I have paid for.
I have e-mailed politely twice but recieved no reply, what should I do next ? should I inform the newspaper that they advertise in or chalk it down to never do that again experience ?
If they had replied to me and said pls wait that would have been okay, but to leave me in mid air as to whether to go and buy more or not, is not acceptable to me.
comments appreciated.

check the small print as these adds often say that they will replace the order with something of equivalent value if the plants you order are not available.

If that is not the case then I would continue to chase for your money back by any means you can.

tks for the advice, I was thinking of contacting the sunday paper that put the ad in next, but I expect as long as the ad is paid for they wont care.
