Not easy. Try covering the stain with tissue and lightly pasing a warm (not hot) iron over it. This often works for wax polish, but do not heat too long or you will mark the floor. If the floor is coated with polyurethane then you may be able to sponge with nail varnish remover, but try this in an out of the way corner first to test for resilience...
Most of the places that sell wood laminate flooring (Wickes, B&Q, EtC) also sell the appropriate cleaner for it. It is the sort of stuff that you mix with water and then use (sparingly) to clean the floor. For a stain such as you describe you can use it neat on a pice of rag.
De-Solv-It is good.
A little white spirit on a cloth works wonders
