I have Artex on my bathroom walls and its peeling and damp how can i remove it.

By hard work. Water and a scraper is the the safest. Early 'artex' contained asbestos so don't sand it, just in case

I used a product called X-Tex. This was very safe as it didnt contain solvents and didnt even effect the plaster board underneath. Left in on overnight and it scraped off the next day with out any effort.
