great to hear from you i was starting to wonder if there was something wrong we are both keeping well however out with the dog i fell climbing a fence only damage done was my ankle it should clear up in a couple of days nessie says i am a silly old b-----r

Anyway -sorry you are in the warpath but you'll be fine -better now than when you could be in your garden in the the odd day we get of summer !
Im fine -just have a teenage daughter who phones and offloads all her woes on me -that at least 3 times a day -I dont care i'll be miserable so long as my wee bairn is happy.Thats what Mums are for especially when they dont have a dad cos of an accident.Never mind we are now a year and and half living with it but it can be tough at times but the best thing is that the 3 of us, me and our 2, support each other and nothing at all will break us.Got to be positive just like you being an Arab !!
