Sorry if this is the wrong section. I am wondering if anyone knows why, when I carefully line the bottom of the grill pan with foil,the fat still gets underneath it? There arent any holes in the foil, and its baffling me. Thanks in advance.

Do you take the foil up the sides and fold it over the top edges? if not give that a try,

Yes, foil is over the edges and folded down! Thats why it is so baffling

I've the same problem - hate removing the stuff.

Try doubling the thickness.
