I need to heat a 3 x 3m conservatory and wondered which form of heating was the best. Taking into account running costs/efficiency /power etc what are the pros and cons of oil filled rads v convector heaters v panel heaters v fan heaters ?

to me there's no difference in the type of electric heaters you state, electric hearing is the only one that is 100% efficient, by that i mean you put i:e: 1 kw in you get 1 kw of heat out, fan heaters will distribute the heat round quicker as the oil and panel will produce hot air that goes to the ceiling first before enveloping the surrounding area so if your in for quick heating thats local go for fan heaters but remember they are ALL quite noisy if its peace you want
lol not electric hearing i meant heating
We have got a 3kw convector heater in ours and we have never had it on full, even in the winter, though we do leave the internal doors open so some heat goes into it from the house. We got ours from Argos and I think it was only about 20.
