Has anyone tried one of the many online "cash buyer" websites/ companies when selling their house?

Fed up with market being so slow and are desperate to move even if it means getting less than we want for it, naturally we do have a limit on this though, can't go selling it for a fiver or anything.

why not borrow on the equity use that has a deposit on a new home & rent your one out untill the market improves where is the property?

Yes Viky, I had tried with Cash Buyers to sell my home fast and I'm really satisfied with that dealing.In this current economic climate it's better to sell property through a Cash buyer and at that time I was in need of a quick deal too.The Cash buyer is : http://www.saleswift.com/
