Antifreeze on drive

A neighbour has spilt antifreeze on his concrete drive, resulting in a pink stain he can't remove. Would any of you knowledgable folk have any suggestions on how to clean it off?. Thanks.

High water pressure jet might suffice.

He's tried that, its almost like ite soaked into the concrete, but thanks for coming back on it.
