Children drawn on radiator

My 3 year old daughter has drawn on the radiator at home in all wonderful artstic colours. I have tried to clean it with white spirit, mr muscle and bleach, these have had no effect. The susbstance of this crayon is like wax but I don't think it is as it has actually dyed the white paint on the radiator after I have cleaned the wax off.
