Theres a bird in my chimmney!!!!

my sister is visiting and sleeping in the liveing room and she said its been flapping for sometime now and i looked for it and couldent find it so i asked my my father to come over to get it out and he blew air from the air compresser in there so i looked to see if it was out and i saw in at the very bottom and them i looked to the side of it and discoverd a rotten bird ewww it nearly impossible for the bird to be were it is!!

and there is no way to get it out please help me!!!
