recently received my water bill and notice that i have to pay a standing charge for my water and one for the sewage, only just noticed this, do all water companies do this? im with anglian water, thanks

my local company thames water does this and always has done for as long as i can remember

And mine. I pay for water to South Staff, and sewage to Severn Trent.
