washer dryer being annoying

My washer dryer leaks when it's doing a tumble drying load, but not when it's washing. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a Hoover washer dryer. When I had this problem I lifted off the top of the machine and found that the cold water feed pipe to the drum had a small hole in it from rubbing against the concrete block used to stabilise the drum.
This pipe runs from the cold water inlet and is about 1/2" in diameter.
If you do decide to investigate remember to switch the machine off at the mains before you start
