Should clear after a couple of days when dried out.
Give them a scrub with a solution of sugar soap and rinse with clean water, this will help draw out any ingrained dirt and smells.
We have just moved house and the sugar soap worked a treat on REALLY REALLY filthy smelly floorboards.
Try bicarb of soda that is very good at removing odours.
Wash with warm/hot water and white vinegar.
