New suitcase smell

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the smell of my new suitcase? It smells a bit like floor cleaner and i am worried my clothes will stink of it. Cheers.

Put an open top pot of bicarb in there to absorb the smell. A cheap option @ 50p ish.

I'd spray it with Febreeze, then leave it open overnight.
