Can anyone tell me if it is possible to lay tileloc flooring in an existing bathroom - ie bath, sink, toilet already in place, so how do you use this flooring around the toilet, sink etc - can it be trimmed around them without having to unscrew the pedestals from the floor and "lift" all the plumbing up?

Yes tileloc can be cut around the bathroom wc etc,but it is always better to leave a small expansion gap around everything ( 5mm) and fill with a silicone mastic to match the flooring.
Remember to leave the flooring in the room (or near) for 24hr before laying it .
Good luck and i hope this is of some help
