Neighbours noisy birds

Hi,
Our neighbours keep pigeons. Thing is the birds are very noisy from sunrise and throughout the day. In the evening thankfully they quieten down after sunset. Also when the birds are let out and fly around our houses they s@*t all over our property, laundry and cars. Does anyone know if there are any laws on keeping pigeons in a small back garden?

If they are a health hazard contact Environmental Health. You will need to check but I thing the pigeon loft must be at least 6 meters from the house, also check out this link, similar question asked a few days ago. http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Animals-and-Nat ure/Question418683.html
