can spray paint be used instead of normal paint to colour a wall inside my bedroom? xx because it says on the internet that its ideal for plastic, wood and posters

You'd need a lot of cans, and a helluva lot of ventilation, but yes.

I wouldn't advise it though...

It would cost a lot to do and the smell would be so bad you would not want to sleep in it for a week. It would be very hard to get an even coverage across the wall and also not easy to keep to the area without spraying the ceiling.

Why would you want to use a spray paint? If it is for a colour you have seen then that can be replicated in emulsion.
