Living flame gas fire matrix

Help, I'm all googled out!
I have a living flame gas fire and the 16" ceramic 'matrix' (which is what the instruction booklet calls it) has worn through and split. This is the base what the ceramic coals are laid onto. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement from, ideally to order online.
