Is it lawful for my neighbour to park his vehicle in our shared driveway between our houses and prevent me form gianing access to my garage and also the rear of my property.At the moment he is maintaining that I have to ask him to move is car and in that way, as long as he does so he is acting within the rules of shared driveways?
