With no information to go on, its impossible to guestimate.
please dont get the cowboys in like i did best thing to do ring your local council they might even give you a grant to get it done hope this helps.
I thought for an average sized semi detached it was aroung �1000 +
more like �5000
I have just had a quote done for damp proofing, the cost being �1800.00 but that includes for any replastering etc that may need to be done, mine is being done soon!!!
I had some quotes done 6mths ago on two houses that I was looking at - they were both around �1000.00. For standard 100 year old victorian terraces.

You should contact local damp-proofers and get some estimates. Make sure they are regulated though to ensure quality.
