Has anyone used the products that claim to restore the whiteness of window frames. Mine are about 15 years old now and I feel as if they need brightening up. Has anyone had good results. Thanks xx

I paid out quite a bit of money to try the Betterware uPVC cleaners - don't bother, they don't work any better than JIF (or should I now be saying CIF).
Hi I think if they are discoloured, quite yellow/brown, you can restore them by using t-cut, which is found in motoring shops. I was recommended this to get a stain on my double glazed door (step) - plastic, from a jeyes fluid lid which I carelessly left there for a few days.
Mr Athley uses sugar soap on ours. They are nice and white!
