My soup/cereal bowls are being marked by the spoons we use, so the glaze looks like it's cracked. How can I remove it. Thanks

Try 'Bar Keepers Friend'. It's a cleaning product available in most supermarkets or hardware shops. It is excellent at removing stains from china and lots of other things (is approved by Wedgewood), it will even polish out those cloudy stains from glasses.

I use Jif (I refuse to call it Cif!) and a green scourer pad. Works for me.
