We have our childrens names on our deeds our house is paid for, we are moving next year ,with their consent we want to remove their names from deeds and get it settled now

See a solicitor - shouldn't cost too much.

Go to your nearest Land Registry Office and ask them. Cheaper than a Solicitor. When I got my Wife's name put on our deeds it cost me 50p plus of course the registration fee.
