Sewing help needed!

The hem on my trousers is coming undone and needs re sewing. Unfortunately I am useless at doing this. Are there any fabric glues that I could use instead of needle and thread?

You can buy wonderweb. You put it in the hem and iron over it and it sort of melts and holds the hem together. It doesn't last for a very long time though but OK for an emergency fix.

Wonderweb is a godsend!
As Athley says, it doesn't last too long, but saves you having to get sewing kit out!
I'm sure you can buy it in Woolworths.
