I got some black ink (biro) on a leather bag of mine. I have tried soap and water but this is not working. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this off?

I know this sounds a bit strange but as soon as you can spray hairspray on the stain and it should rub off, however as you've already put soap and water on it I don't whether it'll work or not now!
