has any one had sucsess in sticking marley tiles on top of vynil floor covering it is flat no bubbles ...if so has any one got any good tips for me thanks kathy x x

It is never a good idea to stick any sort of tiles on top of any sort of floor cover already down,start from scrach and take the vynil up it will be worth it.
