ceramic floor tiles

I have just layed a white and black ceramic floorand my problm is
On quite a few of the white tiles you can see what looks like water marks ive tried cream cleaners, bleach,and even a solvent cleaner but its NOT shifting them.
Ive just had a new kitchen fitted and this is obviously spoiling the look any ideas what else i could try?

try going back to the suppliers of the tiles,they may know of something,also check the tiles in the shop to make sure they wern't like that when you got them.
