Tiles for wipe-clean, break your neck fun.
Tiled ....much more hygienic when you have men that miss so to speak ! Big cotton tumbletwist bath mat. Absolutely no fussy mats on or around toilets !
Having lived in many houses with all the above floorcoverings, i'd go for cushion-floor. It's quite cheap, easy to keep clean & pretty easy to fit.

Am sure tiles are the most hygienic and easiest to keep clean but I just love the warm feel of fitted carpet under my bare feet when I pad to the loo on a cold winter's night, (with vulnerable areas protected by easily washed bath and loo pedestal mats of course).
Definitely tiles - easier to clean the inch thick of talcum powder women insist on leaving on the floor every time they have a bath/shower.
Hi all,

After years of carpet tiles I have just laid a Laminate Floor on a thick underlay with the addition of a shaggy pile washable bath mat.

So far this has been money well spent.

Regards
