Ok, as i ws so impressed with the sweets answers in my previous thread, can anyone help me with this one.....

(and please dont say they were called beanie dolls in matchboxes)

when i was growing up, you could buy in the late 70's early 80's from newsagents, little beanie babies that came in a box the size of matchboxes. they had beanie bodies and little heads, and coloured babygrows on....

do any of you know what im talking about, and if so, can you still get them now?????

I had one!!! It had a bears head and looked like it was wearing a blue babygrow. It was so cute.x
were they teenie beanie babies?
I had one too,bout 2 inchs tall ,mine had a yellow babygrow ,it had a bears head, might be wrong ,but i'm sure my mate had a rabbits head one . Just done a search but couldn't find anything :o(

i've just had a quick google...and found the name that i remember for them - Baby William!
