Passiflora fruit

My Passiflors has had a great year and is loaded with fruit. What can I do with them?
I'm sure it's not edulis as it grows outside but how do I know which of the 500 species of Passiflora I have.
Are any of them bad for you?

could this be the passiflora caerulea it is a hardy climber with blueish purple and white colours i have this in my garden the fruits are edible but have a very sour taste.
this is an excellent site for passion flowers

Thanks guys, I think is might be Caerulea.
Next question, how do I extract the seeds from the fruit and germinate them?
