This is probably a new flower prong starting, give it a bit of water and some orchid fertiliser from a garden centre and re pot in new orchid bark to give it a boost.I have had flowers for the last six weeks on mine (but it died back for over six months and did an impression of a stick in a pot for the rest of the year) I think that this is normal!
I agree with everything sense4all has said.you have a new stem of orchids growing and you need to put a stake into the pot and some clips or wire twists to support the stem. One by one new orchid buds willl open up.I had a plant that did this and it was lovely to watch them grow again.I now have three different plants in different colours and am hoping for the same results once they have had a resting period.I have become quite hooked.
