Keep seeing this advert for polyfilla smooth-over. I have an artexed wall I'll like to make smooth and this polyfilla product seems to be the way to go. Of course the advert contains a man and woman beaming from ear to ear whilst re-plastering their wall with the greatest of ease. Has anyone used this product? and if so is it that easy to use?

I've tried it, saw the advert last night...laughed. No, it's not quite as simple and straightforward as they'd have you believe.

I've also tried it and it is incredibly difficult to get a really nice finish.
