So your mums kicked you out for playing your music to loud lol..go to any fishmongers or butcher shops,and they should have them. 24 egg trays.goodluck..but keep the bass down...(:-)

Old carpets tacked to the walls and on the floor work wonders - two or three layers if you can. Also makes it a little warmer to work in in the winter. For the ceiling, fix up some sheets of plywood across the underside of the beams - like a false ceiling. If you have enough space above you can use it for storage, thus increasing the insulation.

My bloke did all this to our brick garage and we never had any complaints from the neighbours.
