On the adverts they claim that the cleaning products, sprays, bleaches, creams, foams, mousses, etc kills "99.9%" of all germs. What is the 0.1% that it doesn't kill and why?

You could try in science aswell, might get answer there.
It's the germ that's in our kichens!!
They probably kill 100% of all germs but it would be foolhardy to claim so in an advert. You would be leaving yourself open to all kinds of compensation claims.

the 0.1% is the get out clause. Its the small print. So if you take them to court saying that E.coli (an everyday bacteria) caused you your stomach upset they can say its in the 0.1 % that was not killed.
