Hubby uses turmeric powder in food and it has stained my white enamel sink. (He won't be doing it again...).   I have tried soaking with bleach, soda crystals, used Brillo etc.  looks awful.  Is there an enamel spray I could use over the top of the stain?  Thanks all.

Gosh sorry about the weird link but it works 🙄

Bar keepers friend?

If you do use use a product like the one in the link, you won't be able to use abrasive cleaners/Brillo or bleach again...in fact, you shouldn't have used them anyway - both are bad for enamel surfaces.

Thank you.  Aunty, did you have to prime the sink first or can you just spray it on?

Hubby did it but I think you have to sand it lightly and make sure the surface is dry before applying it and leave it 24 hours. The instructions were on the tin.

Well Barkeepers Friend cleanser did the trick.  It worked like magic, all the turmeric stains went in a minute.  And no, I do not work for Barkeepers Friend.!!
