Washed My Puffa Jacket

Just washed with warm water and dreft by hand, but used some conditioner when I rinsed it. It has now gone completely flat and I have left it outside to dry (flat). Will it puff up again?

It is an M&S one, a bit like Primark weight, not a thick North Face type.

Dunno enough abour puffas to give a knowledgeable response, but I guess it depends on what they're stuffed with. I'd have thought feathers wouldn't puff up again too well.
