Is it clothing or furniture?

furniture sir
Start off by vacuuming the furniture, if you have a soft clothes brush give it a gentle brushing first.
Try a little of delicate laundry detergent like this https://groceries.asda.com/product/non-bio-sensitive-skin/asda-non-bio-delicates-15-washes/910001379145 in cool water.
Dampen a white cloth and gently blot the velvet, don't rub. Don't soak the material. I would do it in the summer when it will dry out quicker. It will take time but the results should be good.
