Anyone any idea where I can buy a coal bunker (either N Wales, Wirral or Chesire areas)?

irene (i guess that's your name) There is a section in Matthews Garden Centre, Alderley Edge, (A34 near Astra Zeneca) which sells reclaimed home and garden stuff, like fireplaces, gargoyles, ornaments, lights etc. I don't know whether he has any coal bunkers, but worth a try I guess. Or how about a fireplace shop? Good Luck

Les Oaked, Oakamoor Rd, Cheadle, North Staffs would be a very good bet - they do all sorts of architectural salvage - a little further south but they will deliver
