How do I extend the lease on my flat. I have a share in the freehold, but the lease only has 64 years to run.

I would have thought if you are a shareholder of the freehold your lease will be lenghtened simply by asking the committee to do so.

I am aware it is very complicated all this housing law but surely that is why you have a share isn't it?

Not a great answer I know, but good luck with your mission.
