Anyone here used Leaders letting agents?

A bit of web searching suggests that some branches might be better than others.

For example they don't seem to be too popular here in East Anglia . . .

Cambridge:

Thanks Buenchico, they took over the local agent I was using to let my house, and I've had endless problems with them. I think its their accounts department rather than the local branch that is at fault, but I cannot find a phone number or any way of contacting head office.
