Have checked on imdb and found that the second Harry Potter movie had a running time of 2 hours 41 minutes. Can't think of any that were longer at the moment....

Jack and the Beanstalk - not the animated one - me thinks it's over 3 hours long.  I remember because I couldnt wait for it to end  It was pants!
